ISAP Settlement Services
Settlement services are provided under  the ISAP (Immigration Settlement and Adaptation) Program, funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.   A wide range of programs including information & referrals, one-on-one counseling, form filling, information and orientation sessions, interpretation and translations, employment-related assistance, health and family services support, English language circles, itinerant services to various locations and information/workshop sessions. Programming is available for newcomer youth and adults. These services are offered to landed immigrants, convention refugees and live-in care-givers holding a valid work permit.   

Our languages of service include: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Dari, Urdu, Pashtu, Spanish, and Danish.

We have two locations providing on-going monthly workshops including the monthly Orientation Sessions; English Language Circles; Homework Clubs for Youth. In addition to these programs, each month there are several new workshops that relate to settlement.
